Thursday 
Setting Up Hall  -  9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Placing Exhibits  - 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Friday
Placing Exhibits - 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Hall closed for judging at 8:30 a.m.
Judging - 9 a.m.
Open to the Public  -  1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday
Open to the Public  -  9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Club Plant Sale - 11 a.m.
Remove Exhibits  -  3:30 p.m.
Clean Up
